How long after ordering will my merch be shipped?

Orders will be produced and shipped within 2-4 business days on average. Once shipped, the time to you will depend on where you live in the world. Please look below for our best estimates. Our Business Days are Monday- Friday 10am-7 pm est.

How long does it take to arrive?

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

• USA - Within 4-10 business days
• Canada - Within 6-12 business days
• Western Europe - Within 6-18 business days
• Australia/NZ - Within 6-18 business days
• Rest of the World - Within 10-20 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases

 My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [info@thereignofzion.com] with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Will there be any issues shipping internationally?

We ship orders around the world, but in light of some of the recent logistics issues, it's not impossible that you may see some delays in shipping. If you are located in a non EU/US based location, please contact us if you have issues ordering or receiving your order.
